Who operates this website
Tensor Archive Games is a product of ExcursionPass Inc., 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA.
Public website data
The main product pages do not contain a waitlist or contact form. The Games League identity flow is described in the Games League Privacy Notice. Visiting a product, evidence, help, legal or download page does not by itself create a Tensor Archive Games profile or lead record.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on the public website with measurement ID G-NFNFWQEGG6 to understand page views, referrals, general device and browser characteristics, approximate geography and engagement. Analytics runs when a public page loads and may set or read browser identifiers such as the _ga cookie. We do not intentionally send Steam accounts, game libraries, local paths, filenames or archive hashes to Google Analytics.
Google provides more information in its Privacy Policy and offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may also limit analytics requests.
What we do not collect here
The public Worker does not store your IP address, user agent, referrer, Steam account, game library, AppIDs, game titles, local file paths or archive hashes. The disabled release buttons do not call a download endpoint until a verified artifact is published.
Download acceptance
Selecting an active Free Download button constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement and acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice. The current disabled release buttons do not make a download request or create an acceptance record.
T2T Network Reserve
The Free License requires authorization of one shared T2T Network Reserve capped at 100 MiB (104,857,600 bytes) per operating-system user across participating Tensor Archive products. The reserve is not preallocated and contains only eligible verified T2T pieces admitted under the applicable product and network policy. It does not authorize access to unrelated personal files, credentials or private game-library lists.
When an active public application and network functions become available, the Software may process opaque installation or device identifiers, signed policy and placement identifiers, transport identifiers, byte counts, verification hashes, expiry data and security events needed to authorize, protect and operate T2T. A versioned product notice will describe the then-active retention periods and controls before those functions are enabled.
Edge delivery
Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS, TLS, edge delivery and the Worker runtime. Like any network provider, Cloudflare may process transient connection metadata needed to deliver and protect requests under its own contractual and legal obligations. Tensor Archive Games does not write that metadata into an application database.
Service providers
Cloudflare is the website infrastructure provider and Google provides website analytics. We do not sell website visitor data. Future application telemetry, licensing or download services will receive a versioned notice before activation.

Product privacy
This notice covers the public website and disabled release listing. Any public Games application, telemetry, licensing, active binary download or network participation will receive versioned product notices before those functions become available. Those notices will supplement this page rather than silently expanding website collection.
