Effective 11 August 2026
Games League Privacy Notice.
This notice covers the public League page now and the identity and verified-entry processing that begins when Games desktop entry is enabled.
Operator
Tensor Archive Games is operated by ExcursionPass Inc., 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA.
Telegram identity
You enter a public Telegram username and receive a random 5-digit code from @tensorarchive_bot. Telegram does not allow bots to contact people who have never messaged them, so a first-time user must find the bot and send it any message once; the site never opens Telegram automatically. A private bot message provides the numeric Telegram user ID, name, current public username and, when available, a profile-picture file reference. We use the numeric ID for account security. You may choose a public display name and disable use of the Telegram picture. We do not request your telephone number or permission for unsolicited messages.
Public League data
Your chosen public name, avatar, aggregate verified bytes reclaimed, savings percentage, managed game counts, verified round T2T time, prize eligibility and winner history may appear publicly. “Telegram verified” means the account authenticated through Telegram; it does not claim Telegram blue-check verification.
Private verification data
We keep short-lived login and code-delivery records, the numeric Telegram account ID needed to send requested codes, and opaque browser sessions. The 5-digit code is derived server-side and is not stored in plaintext. The Telegram bot token remains a server-side secret and is never sent to the browser or stored in a participant record. When product entry is enabled, we will also keep short-lived entry challenges plus private installation and device-key fingerprints, signature-verification results, aggregate receipt commitments and award-delivery records needed to prevent replay, cross-device entry and repeat wins.
Data excluded from the League
The League entry does not contain game titles, store IDs, launcher accounts, local paths, filenames, game content, individual file hashes or archive internals. Individual heartbeat bodies are verified and reduced to aggregate round seconds rather than retained as a message history.
Persistent enrolment
The first verified entry binds the League identity to one protected Games installation and device key. While enrolment remains active, that installation may submit a fresh challenge and aggregate measurement for a new weekly round when online. You may revoke future automatic entry without deleting results already needed for rankings, audit or the one-win rule.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs when a League page loads and measures visits and engagement under measurement ID G-NFNFWQEGG6. It may process page, referral, general device and browser, approximate geography and browser-identifier data. It does not receive the private Games measurements or security evidence described in this notice. See the main Games Privacy Notice for provider information and browser-level opt-out tools.
Providers and retention
Telegram provides authentication; Cloudflare provides website delivery and edge protection; Google provides website analytics; dedicated Games infrastructure will store League records separately from Tensor Archive AI and the Games website lead database. Short-lived states expire quickly. Entries, winners, security bindings and award records are retained while required to operate, audit and protect the League and comply with legal duties. We do not sell League data.
Your choices
You may update your public display, stop using the Telegram picture, revoke future enrolment or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@tensorarchive.ai. Removal requests remain subject to records needed for competition integrity, disputes and legal obligations.
