Effective 10 August 2026

Official competition rules.

01

Operator and eligibility

The League is operated by ExcursionPass Inc., the Delaware corporation that operates Tensor Archive. It is open to natural persons who are at least 18 and the age of majority where they live, can lawfully receive US software, and are not employees, contractors or household members of the operator. It is void where prohibited.

02

Free weekly rounds

No purchase, paid plan, vote, like, follow or public post is required. Each seven-day round shows its exact UTC start and end. Rankings may update continuously, but winners are finalized only after the cutoff and a live round never changes duration.

03

First verified entry

A participant authorizes a public Telegram identity and submits one fresh, locally measured entry from a verified Tensor Archive Games installation. Signing in alone does not enrol a device. Each person, identity, installation and device key may represent only that participant.

04

Persistent enrolment

The first accepted entry creates persistent enrolment. In each new weekly round, an eligible installation obtains a fresh challenge and submits newly measured aggregate metrics when online. Retries are idempotent. Participants may revoke future entry without removing existing results.

05

Three Games Pro licences

Every weekly round awards three distinct eligible players: the most verified physical bytes reclaimed, the best verified savings percentage on at least 10 GB of Tensor Archive-managed game data, and the most verified time connected to Games T2T during that round. Purchased Games Pro owners remain ranked but pass a software prize to the next eligible player.

06

Verified T2T time

Network time accumulates only between consecutive, signed heartbeats for the verified identity, installation and current entry while the local Games T2T peer listener is operative. At most ten minutes is credited per interval. Replays, invalid signatures, out-of-order timestamps and offline time add nothing.

07

Selection and exact ties

Each prize is decided only by its stated metric. If two or more eligible players are tied exactly at the winning value, the operator performs a random draw only among those tied players and persists that result once. A finalized result is not redrawn after a retry or service restart.

08

One lifetime League win

The three winners in a round must be different people. A historical winner of any Games League prize remains visible in the Hall of Fame but is excluded from every future entry and award. A licence cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

09

Licence delivery

Each winner receives one perpetual Tensor Archive Games Pro software licence for the version awarded, including one year of updates and up to three active installations under the EULA. Delivery is device-bound and does not create a Stripe order. The winner is responsible for any tax or reporting duty imposed by their jurisdiction.

10

Privacy

Only a public Telegram username or chosen display name and picture plus aggregate verified storage, savings and round T2T seconds appear in rankings. Device identifiers and security evidence remain private. Game contents, titles, store IDs, launcher identity, paths and individual file hashes are never published or collected for the League.

11

Records and retention

Round entries, winners and the public Hall of Fame are retained while needed to operate and audit the League and enforce the one-win rule. Short-lived challenges expire quickly; individual heartbeat bodies are not stored. Aggregate and security records follow the Games League Privacy Notice and legal retention duties.

12

Verification and conduct

Tensor Archive may request a second scan and reject or disqualify fabricated, replayed, automated, manipulated, unlawfully obtained or cross-device evidence. Attempts to evade identity, installation, signature, referral or one-win controls may result in exclusion. Participants confirm they may lawfully possess the measured games and related files.

13

Withdrawal and disputes

To withdraw before a cutoff or dispute a result, email hello@tensorarchive.ai with the public Telegram username or display name and round. Existing public history may be retained when needed for audit and abuse prevention. Delaware law governs; before filing a claim, the parties allow 30 days for good-faith resolution, subject to mandatory local rights.

14

Operator and platform independence

ExcursionPass Inc. — Tensor Archive, 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States. Telegram, Valve and other game platforms do not sponsor, endorse or administer this competition.
